Privacy policy

The short version: we collect almost nothing, and what little exists never leaves your device.

Last updated: 10 June 2026

Riverstone Bay is built to need as little of your information as possible. We run no accounts, take no payments and build no profiles. This policy sets out exactly what that means.

What we don't collect

What stays on your device

To make the games work, a little information is kept in your browser's session storage, on your own device. It is never transmitted to us:

Clearing your browser data or ending the session removes these items. There's more detail in our cookies policy.

Server logs

As with most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. These are ordinary operational records, aren't used to identify or profile individuals, and are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

Children

Riverstone Bay is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the platform isn't intended for them.

Your rights

Swiss data-protection law (the revised Federal Act on Data Protection) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR give individuals rights over their personal data — including access, correction and deletion. Because we hold essentially no personal data about you, most requests are met simply by clearing your own browser storage. If you have a question about your rights, get in touch and we'll help.

Changes & contact

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Privacy questions can go to privacy@riverstonebay.com.
